FAQ / Technical Support

How does a hybrid solar system differ from a grid-tied one?

A grid-tied system only works while the grid is present. A hybrid system adds a battery, so it powers selected loads during outages and stores surplus production.

Why LFP lithium batteries?

LFP chemistry is thermally stable, offers high cycle life and is the market's common safest choice for stationary energy storage.

How does peak shaving cut industrial electricity costs?

Part of an industrial bill is billed on maximum demand. During peaks the storage system supplies load from the battery so the registered demand stays low.

Can the system be expanded later?

Yes. Modular batteries and parallelable inverters usually allow staged capacity growth; we plan for it in the initial design.

How does the consultation process work?

After you submit a request, our specialists contact you, gather consumption and site details, and prepare an initial technical and financial proposal.
